I had a truly amazing experience with not only this location but 2 - other locations! I initially rented scaffolding that ended up not working for my project and returned them the same day and Madeline @ San Pedro gave me a credit on the rental and helped me figure out what piece of equipment Would Work, for the job. Madeline then helped me to coordinate a location that had the trailer I needed and the location that had the 26' lift we needed to do the job. Setup the rentals for me and made it very easy to get the job done! I then went to the WW White location and worked with Eric. He helped get the lift loaded and one of the yard guys Marc helped to show me how to secure it and use the supplied chains. We completed the job in half the time we expected all because we had the right machine for the job! It was truly an exceptional overall 100% customer service experience! United had become my GOTO rental place! Thank you to all that made this job a success!
I was having trouble with water truck, again! Ernest always helps me! He is always so friendly and helpful! He has always been able to fix the problem! Today Carlos also helped with the issue! Talk about good customer service! Oh and we can’t forget the crew at front desk! They always have a welcoming smile! Thanks guys! You Rock!
I have no idea how this business got such a high rating. I am a contractor that was hired by them to install the power and HVAC for one of the camps for unattended migrant children in Carrizo Springs. Every a/c unit delivered to the site had some problem or another ranging from minor to completely non-operational. The a/c tech they brought in didn’t fix them and couldn’t even catch something simple like the thermostat reading incorrect supply and return temperatures. I have been waiting in vain for 85 days to get paid on the job and have finally had to resort to contacting an attorney to begin the process of filing a mechanics lien. I have been doing specialty electrical and HVAC work for around 6 years and I have never had this much difficulty getting paid for a job. Especially after multiple promises that “the check’s in the mail” two weeks ago…in addition to the payment being “in processing” for a month previous to that. I did a job a month after this one for Aggreko which I have already been paid for! I won’t be doing business with this United Rentals branch ever again.
Excellent customer service! Texted with the sales rep, Aaron Moore, directly and he lined everything up for me with almost zero effort on my end. Equipment showed up on time exactly when he said it would and worked flawlessly. I will definitely use United again.
I rented a large chipper here recently (l needed it last minute) and had great experience. I used to work at rental yards years ago, so it was amazing to see the how helpful and expedited the rental was. I'm renting everything through them from here on out. I'd highly recommend them, Deena was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service!
