Decent place for kids (and parents) to burn off a lot of energy. Expect it to be loud and shrieky depending on the day you go — there are easily 100+ tiny “shriek grenades” running around at any given time. That said, they do a great job keeping the place clean and well-maintained given the chaos. Don’t be alarmed if you occasionally see security involved. It’s never been an issue with the venue itself — more a case of someone behaving poorly, like at any amusement park. They do pat everyone down at entry, which should be reassuring for parents who might get nervous when security shows up. My main criticism is staffing. They can be severely understaffed at times, which slows down check-in and access to rides. Surprisingly, the food is actually pretty good.
I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by the condition and service here. This place is absolutely not what it used to be, and today’s experience was beyond frustrating. I spent $54 and received inedible food with zero accountability. Here are the issues: • The pizza was undercooked. Multiple slices were raw in the middle and clearly not fully baked. This is a food safety issue. • The nachos were stale, not fresh at all. • Every soda was flat. No carbonation whatsoever. • When I brought this up, there was no empathy, no apology, and no attempt to make it right. • I was denied a refund despite the food being clearly unacceptable. • The cashier showed no concern and acted like this was normal. • The lights were off, making the entire area feel dark, dirty, and neglected. • There was no one stationed at the attendant counter. • The overall environment felt unsanitary, poorly managed, and abandoned. This is not just bad service — it’s mismanagement. Customers should not be charged full price for food that is uncooked, stale, and undrinkable, especially in a space that feels unsafe and poorly maintained. I am requesting that ownership or upper management contact me directly. This situation deserves more than being brushed off by frontline staff. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. Until then, I do not recommend eating here or coming here
We hosted a last-minute birthday party at Urban Air North Riverside, and it couldn’t have gone better! Even with the short notice, the staff made everything seamless. A huge shoutout to Davaunte, who stepped in right away and made sure we were taken care of. He was organized, friendly, and incredibly helpful—exactly what we needed during a rushed planning day. Our party host, Kendra, was amazing! She kept the kids excited and the schedule running smoothly, and she handled every detail with such a positive attitude. She made the whole experience stress-free for us and fun for the kids. Thank you, Urban Air North Riverside, for turning a last-minute celebration into an unforgettable party. And an extra thank you to Davaunte and Kendra for making it truly exceptional! Highly recommend! 🎉
First time here and let’s just the customer service and the cleanliness is top tier. From the moment we walked through Kim (the manager) made us feel so comfortable. The girls explained to her exactly what attractions they wanted to get on and she explained to me what she thought was the best package. The girls had so much and gave Kim a big hug for being nice & listening to them. Thanks for the great experience Kim we drove 2 hours away and let’s just say the staff and the manager here made it worth the drive.
Spacious trampoline indoor park and adventure playground for kids all ages. A little dark inside, like eld style, not too bright- so smaller children may be scared I’d say. For bigger kids it looks perfect.
