We had a really good experience at Urban Air. The kids had a lot of fun, especially on the zip line that was definitely their favorite part. The place was clean, organized, and overall just a fun environment for families. The staff was great, but two employees really stood out: Jayden and Abale. They were both very kind, patient, and respectful the entire time we were there. At one point, my autistic daughter accidentally threw Jayden’s phone into the ball pit. He handled the situation calmly and respectfully, without making it uncomfortable for her or us, which meant a lot as a parent. Abale was also extremely helpful and friendly, and you could tell they both genuinely cared about doing their job well. Because of the staff and how well the kids were treated, we’d definitely come back. It was a positive experience the whole time.
I took my grandson to his school spirit night. Having never been there, I had no expectations. But let me tell you, if I did have any expectations, they would have been exceeded. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Especially the GM. Because of him, the atmosphere was lively and fun. He kept the floors clean, the check in line moving and the kitchen grooving. Overall, the venue was clean and inviting. I will definitely bring him back for more adventures!
I had our daughter’s party here in October and it was a terrible experience, the manager was nice but didn’t handle the situation. I warned our daughter’s friend’s parents not to book there for her kid and she did it and their experience was even worse. I felt so bad. How are you going to offer packages but not give them what they pay for. I would never ever bring my kids or spend a penny at this place. The actual play area is awesome but not for booking a party. Steer clear unless you don’t want anything that it says it comes with, then when you bring it up as your leaving they try to hand you stuff and it’s already too late, the party is over.
A month ago, we celebrated my daughter’s 3rd birthday, and it was a fantastic party for both kids and adults! I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team. Our host, Mia, was incredibly friendly and supportive, ensuring that the party ran smoothly without any stress. Manager Keith was also instrumental in making the event a success. I must admit, the location initially didn’t seem particularly appealing, but once you step into the Urban Air facility, you’re warmly welcomed and treated exceptionally well.
Kids loved it here, everyone got an icee and they had about 6 different flavors.. and we tried the churro bites 10 for 5.00. Stuffs here a little pricey.. but bottom line the kids had fun. I got to chill with my phone plugged in and charging with a charging port bar stool area.. and well we're definitely coming back here 🙃 friendly staff and very helpful 😁
