Had a good experience for the most part. Easy entry especially when everything is done from your phone. Kids played for 4hrs! I do wish there was a limit on how many parties and just groups of people in general could come in at 1x cause it can be a little overwhelming. Also, the smaller kids area is definitely not what it can and should be! And WHY have the zipline and obstacle course in the same area as you have the smaller kids? That’s absolutely insane! Those bigger kids don’t care about the younger toddlers trying to play in the area! DEFINITELY not a safe or logical thought out plan!!! My ONLY other complaint is the food!!!! It’s absolutely the worst. Usually food at these type of establishments is AWESOME! But dang I was highly disappointed. All the food tasted old, like it’s been sitting in the freezer for months! Nothing was cooked completely. Definitely need to check your kitchen staff out on how they are preparing the food!
I visited the Kendall location in Miami, Florida last Sunday, and I have to say that Bri, the front desk worker, truly made my experience outstanding. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine professionalism. She treats everyone with so much respect, patience, and kindness that you immediately feel welcomed and valued. Bri goes above and beyond in everything she does—whether it’s answering questions, helping customers with what they need, or simply making sure everyone feels comfortable. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and the way she handles people truly sets a high standard for customer service. It’s rare to meet someone who not only does their job well but also makes the entire environment feel better just by being there. Bri is one of those people. She represents the company in the best possible way, and my visit wouldn’t have been the same without her.
We came to celebrate a birthday party on the Friday after Thanksgiving & couldn’t believe how empty it was! My daughter was able to participate in everything, the facilities were so clean, & the service was top notch! Sophia B did a great job with managing the ball pit area, too!
Urban Air is an excellent place for trampolines for children and a great spot for family fun. From the moment we arrived, the check-in staff was attentive, giving us clear instructions and even helping us select the best trampoline area for my kids. My two children truly enjoyed the variety of facilities, from jumping zones to obstacle courses, keeping them entertained for hours. Everything was well organized, and the staff constantly monitored the areas, ensuring safety at all times. There was plenty of space to sit, relax, or grab a snack, which made it comfortable for parents too. Even though the place was full of families, the activities flowed smoothly, and it never felt chaotic. In conclusion, it’s a great place for your kids to have fun, stay active, and make wonderful memories.
Went on a Friday afternoon, it seemed packed but everything was very quick. The food line, check in, socks, ball pit, etc we never waited more than 5 min. When you come in you can self check in and sign the waiver or go to the right and they can assist you. They have 2 prices for entrance one is for all except the top where the zip lines are and comes with free socks. The other is for anything else and socks are 3.00 and required. They have lockers $5 which were great to store out things and not have them out and open. I would read waiver or call before if you have small child as some of the activities such as the ball pit have height requirement that people were not aware of. But great place fun, good food and friendly staff! Definitely want to come again!!
