Love this place! Everyone is nice and there's so many fun things to do. We have a membership and go about 2 times a week. My only complaints are the dodgeball area NEVER has enough dodgeballs in it to play an actual fair game. The teen employees are a little shy with enforcing the rules on the trampolines. The last time we were there they let kids throw a football and tackle each other on the trampolines whilst little kids were trying to jump and enjoy the trampolines. I had to say something to the employee because he was on his phone and had no intention of saying anything. Finally, the jungle gym is very run down on the bottom level. Lots of non functioning/broken obstacles and completly uneven floor.
We had a super great experience. It rained on my daughter's outdoor birthday plans. So we decided to go here very last minute. I didn't book a party, but we met there and had maybe 4/6 friends meet us. Just fantastic. All the kids who work there were just so friendly and helpful. I went back and got a parent pass because I wasnt going to jump. Bad back. But there's just so many things you can do with or without the kids. Bathrooms were clean and smelled good despite there being a million kiddos there. Line for concessions was not terrible at all. I know places will jack up their prices, but I didn't think this was like that. I got 2 slurpies and when he told me the price, I assumed it was for each. Nope. For both. Not gas station prices but not amusement park either. And the tiny indoor sky drive place is adorable. It's kidsized. And it was only $10bucks I think. I was not planning on staying as long as we did, but overall fantastic experience. One more time about how friendly and helpful the really young staff were. They did their jobs with the utmost respect and kindness. So impressed.
We had wonderful experiences at Urban Air! We have been twice this week and we LOVE it! It is very clean and the staff is so friendly. Jersey greeted us and was so kind. My daughter was celebrating her birthday with her friends and he made us feel like we were being welcomed into a family environment. Every single staff member we interacted with was kind and patient. 10/10 would recommend purchasing a membership here!!
Do NOT get any birthday packages from this place. Absolute joke! For $850+ you get burned large cookie, it's not a cake and it is nothing close to the advertised picture, HDTV was advertised for vip room, and it was turned off. The hostess I was forced to give a tip so I gave 15%. The hostess was nice but I'm not sure what was exactly her job: to cut the cookie and plate pizza. I was thinking she'd be entertaining kids. Nothing. This vip room is not worth a penny. This place is a big rip off. They charged me even for 2 pitchers of simple water. Just water. Do not do birthday parties here, ever! Ahhh and their promotion for thanksgiving weekend is a lie. You cannot apply it through the email as that they send you, but you have to call the corporate, separately, and it is hard to reach them. Anyways this is a huge disappointment!
Urban Air Morrisville is absolutely incredible! We’ve been there many times, including for my friends’ birthday parties, and every single visit has been amazing. The staff is super friendly and organized — they make sure everything runs smoothly so parents can actually relax and enjoy the day. The kids have the best time ever! Between the trampolines, climbing walls, ropes course, and sky ride, they never stop smiling. The birthday parties are perfectly set up — the host takes care of everything from start to finish, and the party rooms are clean, fun, and beautifully decorated. Every visit feels like a new adventure, and the energy in the park is contagious. I highly recommend Urban Air Morrisville for kids, families, and anyone who wants to celebrate in a fun, safe, and exciting way. 🎉
