Come a long way since grand opening last year. One day the whole place was shut down without notice because someone rented the whole place. But also monthly membership price increases - no more annual plans, which makes it more expensive and prioritizes business vs long standing customers. You have to buy their own socks. Arcade is quite expensive. Food is airport prices. Pretty good birthday location for the jump areas you get access to. But a couple staff haven’t exactly been nice to my kids also.
Super fun place to watch the kiddos burn their energy right up. With smiles and laughter builds up the muscles all over the place. It's just a no brainer for the monthly membership if you want to return!! Confused why you are not allowed to bring snacks if you want. A cup of water is as much as a gallon of gas. And a single drinking fountain for the entire building by the restroom? Or something missing in the front of the building like that handicap button that
Not worth the membership. Staffs were friendly when they first grand opening. As time goes by. Young Staffs are under trained/don’t care about their jobs. Impression as walking into a huge open area, but dark with party lights. The most dangerous, worst and unsanitary Ninja corse (parents/babies/toddlers treat the ball pit as a playground), staffs do nothing about it. Most of the time the ball pit within the Ninja corse is wet! Not sure how often they clean the balls, Ninja corse area is gross located on the first level along with some surcharge Massage therapy chairs, no other sitting. Staffs don’t reinforce about rules and safety. Main level: Plenty of sittings for parties and limited sitting for others. Plenty of arcade machines. Pizza from the cafe was okay with reasonable price.
I’ve taken my boys to just about every indoor play center out there—Grand Slam, Good Times Park, Zero Gravity, Kids Empire… you name it. But none of them compare to Urban Air. We've been on both a weekend and weekday. Here’s why: 1. Space – So much room to run free! It never felt overcrowded or chaotic. Plenty of space for parties and families, or individuals wanting a quieter area. 2. Cleanliness – I didn’t feel like I needed to toss my kids straight into the shower when we got home. Everything was clean and well maintained. 3. Staff – Friendly, helpful, patient, and interactive. They helped us sign up for a pass by walking around the counter to assist us with their website on our phones when they noticed we were not sure how to do it or what option was best. They clearly explained all the ticket options. Good customer service—huge plus. 4. Food – Great variety for both kids and adults. Not just your typical pizza and nachos—there were wings, burgers, chicken tenders, multiple ice cream flavors, burgers, ICEEs, drink options, and more. And honestly, the frozen pizza was the best I’ve ever had at a place like this. 5. Pricing – Incredibly well-priced for what you get. The value is seriously impressive. 6. Safety – The layout was smart and parent-friendly. All the play areas were in one main section, with tables and food nearby, so I could sit, relax, and even read while still watching the kids. Everything felt secure, with gated areas to keep littles out of older-kid zones. The staff also seemed well-trained, especially when it came to the harnessed activities. Watching my son do the “leap of faith” didn’t worry me at all. 7. Activities – So many things to do—and really unique ones, too. My kids never got bored, and neither did I. The zip line was awesome, and there were multiple climbing wall options, harnessed skateboarding high above the ground, Ninja Warrior-style courses, foam pits, ball pits, an aerial obstacle course (now I really get the name Urban Air), arcade games, and more. Every area had staff present, and all the harnesses were clearly designed with kids in mind. Overall, it was a great experience for me, my 4- and 6-year-old sons, and my 4-year-old niece. We loved it so much we ended up buying a pass. Highly recommend!
Terrible. Very overpriced. Every attraction completely overrun with unsupervised children. Unsafe conditions on most attractions. The pit below the joust filled with three and four-year-old children. The Ninja course had *dozens* of children using the ball pit as just a playground. It was completely unusable as a Ninja course because small children were on and under every attraction element. The ball pit reeked of urine. A large soda was spilled on the floor and was still there a half hour later. Inadequate staff presence. All but one of the staff I interacted with were helpful, but there just weren't enough of them. However, one staff was just hanging out with two unpaid friends, completely ignoring his work, and his two friends were intimidating customers. The facility was absolutely filthy. Every garbage can filled to overflowing, and no one taking care of any of it. Spend your money elsewhere. Someone is going to get hurt there, and these one-star reviews will show that it is due to a pattern of negligence. Don't trust the safety of your children to a place that is so poorly run that it can't keep the trash cans emptied.
