This place is somewhere kids absolutely go crazy for. It’s a space where they can use their imagination and develop physically, and it’s also a very popular spot for birthday parties. We visited this time because my daughter’s friend had her birthday party here, and the place welcomed us in even better condition than before. We were really happy with the experience, and we definitely plan to come back again.
This place has zero hospitality, STEVEN & ELSO we’re very disrespectful ! A phone was lost instead of the staff assisting finding helping the phone they made mockery of the people trying to find it. Steven went as far as making childish signs behind the man trying to desperately find the phone. It’s truly insulting to people paying 1000$ and more for a party !! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER
Great place for fun time, as I dont believe of leaving area un supervisor as kids will be kids as they mix big kids with little kids, I dont find that safe at all. Every area should have a workers in that area to supervisor what is not to be done. Area should be more safe with doors be supervised who comes in and checking who leaves and comes out.
Urban Air in Hackensack is the kind of place where kids walk in excited and leave absolutely glowing. The park is packed with activities — trampolines, climbing walls, obstacle courses, and all the high‑energy fun that keeps them moving for hours. Everything feels clean, well‑maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, which makes it easy for parents to relax while the kids explore. The staff deserves a shoutout too. They’re attentive, friendly, and great with kids, keeping the environment safe without ever feeling overbearing. Whether it’s a birthday party or a spontaneous weekend outing, the team keeps things running smoothly.
Odaey the manager and his staff Dahianna and Ywelina were helpful. Huge space it can be very loud with music and birthday party announcements so if you’re the adult, bring the noise canceling headphones Easy access right off of West Route 80 exit # 66
