The best employee was Tyler. He was super nice to me. He should get a raise. Please give him the best stuff possible you got this bro
Urban air North Fayette has the best staff! Miss Nicki, Miss Sam and Miss Brooklyn and others are so kind to all of the kids and make them feel so special. Miss Nicki has really helped my daughter who wants to do all of the things but has anxiety to do the things by helping her and talking her through her fears. We have been going here for years and spend hours there a week. We have a membership and it’s totally worth it!
UPDATE: Management responded and apologized, acknowledged that I was ignored and that it shouldn’t have happened. I appreciated the acknowledgment, but it gave more like a form apology (ChatGPT)than an effort to make things right. As a customer who has spent thousands of dollars here on birthday parties, the lack of any meaningful response for a sensitive situation or gesture to repair it made it clear that our loyalty isn’t valued. We won’t be returning to this location or any of the others. We use to come to this location often. The past years I have booked 2 parties a year. Today was the worst time I have EVER experienced. I purchased package online before arriving. I’m waiting in line behind another family who is also black, we had plenty of space between us we actually never even acknowledged each other. 3 separate employees decided to assume I was with the people in front of me?? Two boys looked at them, looked at me and walked off with the iPads to help others. The other lady at counter did her best to not make eye contact with me once that family stepped to the side. I asked if I could get checked in and she said Oh you have to wait for them to come back. I asked to speak with a manager as I waited. I was calm. I made sure to stay polite but that is flat out ridiculous. I could understand one person walking off but out of 4 people at the desk working customer service and they never ask a single question is crazy. “Hey did you need any help” is all it takes. The manager was apologetic but truthfully it didn't feel sincere, it very much felt like he found it slightly funny and the lack response from the two who was actually at the counter didn’t help. The bathroom was disgusting and the tables were dirty. Entirely too many employees standing around talking instead of doing stuff that clearly needs to be done. I’ve been rubbed wrong by this place every since they took out the virtual reality attraction, never added anything new and never adjusted the price of the package it originally came with. All of these reasons on top of dumbness at the counter has solidified that will be our last visit. My kids always enjoyed Avery as their party host but I will no longer spend $100-$600 at a place who made me feel as I felt today and seems to be going down in quality.
Kinda bummed this time around. The bathrooms and every table was dirty. The dodgeball attraction is labeled as play at your own risk but I think instead of one of five employees that we’re circling the other attractions with nobody on them that they should be keeping an eye on them. Parents were the referees. The poor kid at the cafe did great under pressure while his coworkers pranced around in the kitchen. Wish I caught his name. I did also see a manager trying to defuse situations and she did great as well.
We showed up with a large number of kids and had done no prep work beforehand, so we were pretty clueless about their rates, policies, and general procedures. But Hannah worked closely with our party to find the best price package for what we were looking for, walked us through the waiver process with unusual patience, and ensured we were comfortable the whole time, checking in with our party several times. 5 stars for Hannah!
