From the first phone call to meeting the Dr to my discharge, everyone was very respectful and knowledgeable. Dr. Harvey was very knowledgeable and very helpful and very detailed.
i felt like i couldn't breathe and i was very worried that i was dying but the nurse and doctor i saw made me calm down because they had a very good demeanor and they were extremely kind. the check in process was quick and easy and i had virtually no wait time. they sent in a prescription and i already am feeling slightly better. thank you all! ive recommended this place to everyone i know!

My wife and I have gone here for years. I had to go yesterday, to get a test for my doctor in Nashville, and I saw Dr Harvey. Dr Harvey, and the wonderful ladies who work here as well, are amazing. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. As someone who has to visit doctors on a regular basis, the folks at Urgent Family Care on Lovell Rd, provided me one of the very best experiences I have had in a really long time. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you need a doctor, look no further!
Amy diagnosed and treated my illness. Since I needed an antibiotic and have multiple issues with a variety of them, I thought this might be challenging. However, Amy quickly zeroed in on what was best and explained her decision to me. It is too soon to comment on the outcome or what I will be billed after this is submitted to insurance, but I was very satisfied with my visit.
