I would have given no stars but it was not an option. Please do not buy from them. They do not care about customer service, much less the consumer. They sold me a washer that does not work and won't make it right. They want me to pay a 25% restocking fee on almost $1K washer.
David was my product specialist. Patient and very knowledgeable. Delivery guys did an outstanding job, communicating, making sure they didn’t bang up on doors and walls, and assembling.
So, in the last 2 years, I've bought 4 Refrigerators/Freezers, four washers/dryers, 1 Range, 1 Hood for the range, and a built-in microwave. I also purchased the extended service plans for those appliances. I have had an issue with one of the freezers I bought in April 2023. I've had five service calls with four different technicians, and it's still not repaired. When I spoke to the Urners, they said it was in the hands of the warranty company. I thought I was buying “local,” but they no longer have a parts or service team. I would hope, since they’ve been in business for as long as they have, that they would stand by either one of the products they sold me, the refrigerator or the warranty, and replace it or give me money back after 3 months of waiting for it to be repaired. Or at least offer something to make up for not having the appliance during a significant holiday, which was the reason I purchased it: we host our families.
The furniture here is very nice and does have a high price, as it should! My salesperson was not very knowledgeable, as well as tried to give us some advice on how the country is being ran! I didn't appreciate his incorrect thoughts.
Went in on Wednesday to look at some refrigerators. Luis helped me, he was very kind and knowledgeable about all of their products not only the refrigerators. He took his time and was very patient. I went back in Friday to make the purchase with my fiance. This time I was greeted by Kristi the Manager she was also very nice and helpful. I made my selection and she helped us choose the payment option that would benefit us the most! Very pleasant experience and at a fraction of the regular cost. We will definitely go back in the future.
