Have seen Jill Hude several times over the past few years. She is extremely competent. In this visit, she examined a mole I was concerned about and quickly determined that I did not need to worry about it. Departed her office feeling good/relieved.
Jill is always very thorough checking my skin and asking if there are any areas of concern. I like her calming demeanor.
My review is not specific to the care but rather the receptionist. After learning my normal Dermatologist no longer accepted my insurance I set an appointment with Four Points Dermatology and specifically asked if they accepted my insurance. They assured me they did. I filled out the pre appointment paperwork online and submitted pictures of my Health Insurance card, day before the appointment they called to confirm my appointment, I said yes but to confirm you take me insurance correct? They again assured me they did. I took a half day off work and showed up 15 minutes early. They handed me the paperwork I had already filled out. I reminded them I already filled that out online. They said can we see your insurance and ID and I handed over even though I had already sent in photos. They tell me “we regret to inform you we don’t accept your insurance plan type”. I asked why wasn’t I told this when specifically asked and basically it came down to them not asking qualifying questions or actually look at anything I submitted online prior to taking time off work. But that new found free time has given me ample time to leave this review.
Very friendly, efficient, and discreet at all levels. The doctor didn’t appear to be rushed but neither did she waste any time. I really like this dermatology practice and recommend it highly.
I appreciate that Dr Bhatt was on time and very thorough. She works very quickly but also explains everything as she goes. My appointments are yearly check up - no follow up for anything chronic. The only issue is that even though I only see her once a year - she was booked solid for the time for my next annual. I will go 18 months instead of 12 for my next appointment.
