Excellent, excellent customer service! At 8pm my CRV displayed a warning message of LowTireAir and I stopped at USA Special Tires. My first surprise, wow they are open! A very pleasant fellow checked the air on all tires noting approximately the same pressure on them. He explained that with a drop in temperature this message warning was common, and at my request request, he reset the warning message. I was relieved that I did not have a flat tire. Most importantly I found an honest person with above average customer service skills and USA Special Tires has now a new customer.
Went to Miami for a weekend for a family event and entertainment. During my time there I was in need of replacing all 4 tires for my truck. Called several places and no one had the tires I was looking for. Fortunately I found USA Special Tires online and called. They were friendly straight to the point and had the tires I was looking for and more! Upon arriving staff were very welcoming and friendly, no time wasted and started to work on the truck right away. Got 4 brand new tires (balanced+mounted) and an alignment. Excellent service by far one of the best tire shops I've been to. Definitely recommend this place 100%! Moving forward this is the place I will be going to. USA SPECIAL TIRES A++++.
I’ve been to a lot of tire shops, but USA Special Tires is hands down the BEST in Miami! 🚗🔥 Their prices are super reasonable, and the quality of service is unbeatable. The staff is honest, fast, and professional – they really take care of you like family. 💯 Whether you need new or used tires, a quick plug, or general mechanic work, this is the place to go. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made sure I left feeling safe and confident on the road. Amazing service and treatment at USA Special Tires. Needed to get 2 tires changed out on my stance car and the workers did a great job. Made sure my car was treated with care. Fair pricing as well. Will definitely come back in the future and recommend to everyone I know. GO USA! 🇺🇸
