0 stars if I could. I bought 6 ‘sealed’ Sonny Angels from this shop and every single one was a dirty, obviously fake. One had the head fall off, the paint on all of them was messed up, and two didn’t even have their wings painted. None of them matched what was shown on the boxes, yet they’re still selling them as authentic Sonny Angels. Completely dishonest and unacceptable. Avoid this place. Manager is knowingly selling counterfeit merchandise.
Don’t buy here. I’m sure they are nice and all. But Many, almost all of the toys here are almost double what you’d pay at Walmart, Target, or Amazon. For example, a Melissa & Doug play set that’s $23.99 online was $45.99 in store. This isn’t a one-off — most items I looked at were priced much higher than normal retail. I even saw some of the 3D dragons from hobby lobby that I bought for 5$ priced at this store for 29.99. Insane.
Kumar was soooo niceee and friendly. He found me the jeffey i wanted. I had been looking for it as a gift and drove all the way across town. The customer service was perfect!
Me and my girlfriend went in to look for smiskis they have a big collection of popmart toys and most likely all of them are fake dont waste your time coming here we bought two different series smiskis and they were both fake do not come here to look for popmart toys or smiskis they are NOT REAL!!!!
I brought I car for my son and he love it and got from the good prices. I highly recommend USA Toy Factory!
