Rob is an excellent person and great professional, who has done the best with my physical recovery, he has been really funny, and targeted with with my treatment. Thanks all the experience and the amazing premises.
Melissa is terrific. She is a great teacher/coach and explains therapy goals and activities well. With her help, I’m sure my shoulder will be crunch-free soon!
I have mostly good stuff to say but let’s start with area of disappointment: UW Health (and SSM healthcare) took their DEI STATEMENTS off their website. Personally, I want my healthcare provider to stand for DEI which includes accessibility. After all, UW health services people with disabilities! If it weren’t for that, this would be a 5 star review. I appreciate the cheerful, helpful folks in reception. My physical therapist, Melissa B is top notch, master of her craft. My ortho Dr. Berman and my surgeon Dr. Baer all on par!! My outcome after surgery for muscle tears has been excellent due to their coordinated care.
I have been working with Jenelle Deatherage for over three years spanning three shoulder surgeries. She is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable, solution-focused, caring, and approachable. I experienced some setbacks, and she has been determined to find solutions for them all. The desk staff have always been professional and committed, as well. I give the highest recommendation.
I highly recommend Anthony Rossetti, my physical therapist. He is very respectful, personable, knowledgeable and a great communicator. He assessed me and listened to any concerns that I had. He devised a personalized plan of exercises that have been beneficial for me. He truly cared about my progress.
