I saw an engagement ring from Valerie Madison on TikTok in 2023 and knew instantly that is where I had to get my engagement ring from one day. And my now-husband delivered! I have known for a long time that I wanted a blue sapphire ring (my birthstone), and Valerie Madison is an industry expert when it comes to sapphires/gemstones. It was also important to me to support a locally-owned jeweler vs a chain retailer, so they checked all my boxes. Though we did choose to visit their Seattle storefront while ring shopping, my partner was able to do all the design process from our home in Oregon. The end result was my absolute dream ring. Special thanks to Laksmi for all her help throughout the process!
It was an absolute joy working with Laksmi and the Valerie Madison team. I had an engagement ring idea in mind and they brought it to life. I loved the way they were very accommodating and were also able to meet my tight timeline request. There was superb communication throughout the entire process. We communicated once via video call and then mostly via email throughout the remainder of the project. When I was back and forth between a few options, Laksmi was able to give me good advice and provide example photos to give me a better idea of how things would turn out. I am very satisfied with the custumer service and my fiancée and I are both very happy with the outcome of the engagement ring. My fiancée thinks it is even better than the inspiration photos. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Valerie Madison has been my go-to fine jeweler since 2019. In the fall of 2019, we decided to shop at Valerie Madison to browse engagement rings. Valerie was hosting a fall event at that time. So while sipping warm cider and trying on rings we chatted with Valerie directly about her business journey and her love for gold and gems. We also got to meet her dog at the time which was really fun. We were sold - we only wanted our rings from VM. When we purchased our rings, Valerie and her team were so incredibly easy to work with. They helped me with resizing and worked with my husband when he changed his mind about his ring and went for another style. They were and have consistently been approachable, helpful, friendly, and patient. This is why I only go to VM for my fine jewelry needs. From my beloved Huggies, stacking ring, interlocking necklace and my eternity bracelets, VM is a business that brings me joy, where I always feel welcome, and where I proudly support my community and a BIPOC woman owned business. I can't say more than enough good things about Valerie and her team! I highly suggest checking them out and bringing a piece of VM home with you.
Designed my perfect sapphire engagement ring and it turned out absolutely gorgeous, get compliments on it everywhere I go! Was such a lovely process, picking the design and having such gorgeous sapphires brought in to choose from. Cannot wait to design my wedding band from here as well! Just a lovely shop and an absolutely lovely experience, would recommend a million times over!
