Some of these last few negative reviews made me laugh, because my experience here was nothing like that. It appears they are bots who generated these last couple negative reviews. Ridiculous. Don’t believe them. I have been going to this location for MONTHS for all 3 of my vehicles. Each and every time, Don and the crew were quick, friendly, and super helpful. If you’re expecting valet service and a five-course meal while getting an oil change, maybe you’ll be disappointed—but if you actually just want great car service done right, this is the place. I’ll stick with Don and Valvoline every time.
I brought my vehicle to this shop for a routine oil change, and due to the mechanic’s failure to properly secure the coolant cap, my engine sustained severe damage from overheating. This type of oversight reflects a serious lack of attention to detail and professionalism. Customers entrust their vehicles to repair facilities with the expectation that even the most basic procedures will be handled correctly. In this instance, that expectation was not met, and the result was avoidable and costly damage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. Quality control, accountability, and proper care of customer vehicles must be the foundation of any automotive service business, and unfortunately, those standards were not upheld here.
The servicemen Frank and Edwin were do nice and responsive. I brought in my own Lexus transmission fluid and they topped it off for free. So nice!
I recently received an oil change here on Aug 2nd. I waited to leave a review because I needed to confirm some details with my husband and his friend who’s a mechanic. When I arrived, I informed them that I brought my own filter and oil. I heard the worker say, “The price since you brought your own oil and filter will be $15.99.” I ended up paying full price $59.99 even though I brought my own oil and filter. On their website, it states for that price, I would receive a new filter and will be charged for using their oil that they provide. Which I did not receive. On top of that, my original shop that I go to, charges less than $20, when I bring my own oil and filter. So I knew from there that they were trying to play me. I also asked when I left why the pricing was so high and the guy tried to say that their price used to be $40, but increased to what the price is currently now. I could tell by his body language, he was not going to be honest. There were two worker who worked on my car. One was an Asian guy and the other was Hispanic or African American. They tried to say that I had an “oil pan leak” as well and it was confirmed today, that was false. I’m not a confrontational person. I do my best to be understandable and fair. But if you plan on being treated fairly and with integrity, DO NOT COME HERE!!! I was overly charged for labor and was falsely informed about the “oil pan leak”.
