I went in to this wonderful jeweler yesterday with a good friend of mine; she had a question about a very old necklace which had a broken latch. Jim, the jeweler, was so very pleasant and knowledgeable. At first he didn’t think there was anything he could do, but after a bit he found a way to repair her very old necklace. And I went in to get my wedding and engagement rings soddered together, Jim once again telling me, “most likely Friday afternoon….imagine my delight when I received a call that my ring was ready! I previously had gone to Golden Treasures on Grand Avenue in St. Paul where the personal service was impeccable. So very happy to have met Jim and this wonderful jewelry store!! Thank you Jim and thank you Von Drake jewelers!!
I highly recommend Van Drake Jewelers. We have purchased numerous pieces of Jewelry over the years. They are very helpful and friendly. Great service when we need repairs, cleaning or appraisals. Love that they are a smaller independent Jeweler. 10/10
Been going here over 20 years. They are the best at what they do! Could not be happier with their service. Great group of people to deal with when comes to repairing jewelry. They have a great selection of jewelry to choose from also. Love this place!!
Came in to get my ring resized as it was too big and they did an absolutely amazing job. It was a super fair price, customer service was great, and my ring was finished in under 2 hours. Highly highly recommend.
We bought our wedding rings from Van Drakes in 2010. We moved away and had another jeweler add an anniversary band to my ring. 5 years later a diamond fell out of the anniversary band. Since we had such a good experience with Van Drakes before, I decided to go back for the repair I needed. They did a great job and were very timely in getting it done. They are the only jeweler I trust explicitly. Which is really saying a lot since I now live in South Texas!
