Top tier experience! Tried the 3 flavor cup ice cream with cookies and cream, fudge brownie and dark chocolate! All amazing! Special shoutout to the girl who was working alone and was DOING EVERYTHING on her own! Making milkshakes, taking payments: I asked her if she was okay or not lol! Will come again! They also gave me a cup of water when I asked. Amazing customer experience!
Anisa provided the best customer service this afternoon during our visit! She was incredibly patient and kind as we took our time sampling several flavors. Her warm and welcoming attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about making sure each customer is happy. Hurry up to try their winter special!! Strawberry Matcha Latte is the best matcha flavor in DFW area. They also have pint size for every flavor.
What to say about Van Leeuwen Ice Cream? This ice cream really knocked it out of the park for us. We tried the strawberry, honeycomb, and pistachio flavors and could not believe how authentic they tasted. Additionally, the vegan very berry ice cream was surprisingly excellent! The service was amazing, as the associate was very patient with us while trying to decide what to eat. I highly recommend it!
Absolutely loved the ice cream. It was very smooth and delicious. I liked that they gave out free samples of different flavors. The store was super cute and clean. No long lines. Service was amazing. Ice cream is always a win!
