I very rarely leave reviews but this one is a must. Vandy’s has been absolutely amazing to work with. We recently did an addition to our home and had run into some issues with the original hvac company that was contracted to do the work- they said it just wasn’t possible to do what we had planned. After attempting to get bids from another 6+ vendors, they too all said it couldn’t be done. And then came Vandy’s. It was a complicated project but they never blinked. They were able to figure everything out and make something work that no one else even wanted to touch because of the complexity of it. I cannot say enough about the owner James- he is on top of things and has done right by us on so many levels. They are the most professional and responsive hvac company that I’ve ever dealt with. I would recommend them a thousand times over to anyone needing anything hvac- big or small. We feel fortunate that they are the ones that saved our project! Thank you Vandy’s!!!!!

From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. They took the time to explain everything about my fireplace system, performed a thorough cleaning and inspection, and made sure it was safe and running efficiently before they left. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made the entire experience stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines great customer service with expert workmanship — but this team absolutely delivers. I highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC or fireplace service. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future maintenanc.
Brandon with Vandy’s did an awesome job on my tune-up! I received notifications letting me know he was on the way. He showed up right on time, was super friendly, and took the time to walk me through everything they were checking. Both of my units are running great now, and it feels good knowing they’re in top shape before the season changes. Really appreciate the honest, down-to-earth service — I’ll definitely be using Vandy’s again!
