Came in last minute with a friend after 6pm & they started on us right away despite being busy! We both got gorgeous cat eye Gel-X manicures that sparkle and shine in all angles and are super super happy with the results!! Staff is very friendly, patient (my indecisiveness lol) professional, and efficient, also the salon is pristinely clean! Will be back in the future!!! Many thanks to the team we love our nails!!
Overpaying for an unprofessional service experience is the worst feeling Unfortunately, my wife left this nail salon with a poor quality paint job on both toes and nails for a total of $160. How on earth?! I wanted to treat my wife to a mani/pedi day with a girlfriend, and she chose nailed and lashed because it was close to home in SW and we’d already gone a few years ago. We knew it was expensive but we trusted the experience enough to bring someone else. We certainly will not be coming back again. She asked for red and green polka dots on her toes and the girl talked her out of it, insisting on glitter. Regardless of why it happened, she ended up paying $80 before tip for plain white painted toenails. She asked for polka dots on her fingernails and the girl did some weird straight line polka dots before my wife told her to do random polka dots. The girl just left the straight polka dots on both pinky fingers without fixing it. This service cost around $60. Out the door with mismatched nails for a total of $160 with tip makes us both wish she never walked in the door in the first place.
My first time coming here to this location Vegas Nail Spa. Very professional. No long wait. Everyone was very pleasant. They are so good that they have a Data Base because the locals make appointments! Eat for Issa. She did an amazing job on my nails for an ombré color we designed together! I will be back to see her all the way from Michigan! The pictures don’t do any justice!
Absolutely loved this place. The whole shop is so cute, clean, and the all the nail techs are so sweet and welcoming. I did a walk-in and Starr was my nail tech today. She is super friendly/ funny, detail-oriented, kept the conversation going, and made me feel so welcomed as if I’d been coming there for years. My nails turn out even better than my inspo picture—perfect shape, smooth finish but sharp (how I like them), and the design was exactly what I asked for. All in all I loved my experience here and I will 100% be coming back!
This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I came in with my friend for her lash appointment and ended up getting talked into a lash lift. Big mistake. The technician touched my thigh (don’t touch me), didn’t wash my lashes, didn’t tape down my bottom lashes, and had no idea what she was doing. Everyone came in to watch like it was her first time. I told her it was burning and she just gave me a fan, then put tape over my lashes—which I’ve never seen any professional do. She got irritated, called me “too sensitive,” and tossed me a napkin to wipe my own eyes. When she finished, there was no lift—my lash curler does more. There was still product stuck to my lashes, and my eyes were burning. We went back in, and they ignored us until I asked for help. She told me to wash it off in the bathroom. When I said charging me was ridiculous, she offered to redo it. I refused—because it should’ve been done right the first time. By the time I got home, my eyes were red, puffy, and my lashes were ruined. Moral of the story: if you don’t know how to do a service, don’t offer it. And if a client says it feels like a chemical burn—listen. This place is careless, unprofessional, and not worth your time or money.
