Julia Thompson is an incredible real estate professional. She is extremely knowledgeable about Chicago's real estate market and helped me purchase my first investment property. She was very thorough during our walk throughs of many many properties. She helped me narrow my focus on the type of property I wanted to purchase and gave honest insights on the good, the bad, and the ugly when purchasing a property. There was absolutely no feeling of being pushed even though the process took us 6-8 months to find the perfect location. She was always on my side and an excellent negotiator when it came down to initial offers and getting concessions from the seller, which in my case were SIGNIFICANT! Whether it's your first home or you are adding to a portfolio, Julia has got you covered 100% of the way.
Lina and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. They struck the perfect balance of being professional and personable — always kind, attentive, and responsive. Every person on her team, and every professional she recommended, was outstanding. They all guided me with care — holding my hand through the process without ever making me feel like a child.
