Stumbled upon this lovely wine shop while looking for a French white to pair with our seafood dinner. The shop owner was incredibly warm and friendly, offering his expert recommendation based on what we needed. The bottle he suggested was absolutely wonderful. It had a beautiful aroma of ripe fruits, and its delicate, crisp sweetness on the palate was a perfect match. It truly elevated our evening seafood feast. We couldn't have asked for a better pairing!
We wanted a nice bottle of wine for an evening in and our hotel recommended this spot. Great selection at all price points and very friendly staff. I asked about a certain region and they knew just where to look for it. Worth the short walk off St Andrew Square for a much much better selection (and service) than the nearby grocers.
Independent shop offering a great wine selection for every budget, including fine wines. A super nice chap behind the till recommended me a proper heavy Primitivo - really enjoyed it. Beer selection also looked great if you're into that.

This is a fantastic shop. Everyone at the shop is very nice and they are all exceptionally knowledgeable. Whether I'm looking for a wine to cook with or expanding my own tastes, the guys at the shop always have a great recommendation. The shop's selection is excellent with new beers rotating through and always a great variety of wines. Top shop in the area.
