Vintage Banana est un magasin de vêtements situé à Louisville, connu pour ses trouvailles vintage authentiques et pour son ambiance ludique de cave sur Bardstown Rd. Probably my favorite vintage dealer in town. I love that they measure the pants and have them sorted by actual size and not by the size/number on the tag. Saves so much time when shopping since vintage sizes are often not equivalent to modern sizes. Anyway, I gotta watch myself shopping here because I always find so much good stuff!
Really enjoyed my time visiting the Vintage Banana. The atmosphere feels like your friends basement in the 90s and the the selection of clothes reflects that. They definitely have more masculine clothes than feminine, but still had some cute dresses. I really liked the toys in store, fur dressing room, and bananas everywhere. Plus the staff was friendly and helpful. Store itself is fairly clean, but do have to walk down an alley to get there.
quaint store that plays really fitting music and has a great selection of authentic vintage. the prices can be a tad high, but the staff and ambience is incredible.
somehow this was my first visit, I was really happy with everything the size of the store was perfect and not overwhelming and I left with a badass muscle tshirt, a Beavis and Butthead shirt and a grip of a few cool odds and ends. the man that was working was super nice and helpful. I'll definitely be back.
Really like this store, one of my favorite vintage doors I've been to. Reasonably priced, I got a sweatshirt there for $16. Very easily organized, and cool finds. They take credit card. Kind of hard to find, But just follow the signs!
