I had an appointment at this salon last week after spending a couple of months searching for a good hairstylist. I was a bit anxious because I wasn’t sure how my hair would turn out after asking for balayage on my dark brown hair. I thought lightening my hair would be impossible and that the results from the first visit would barely show. I couldn't have been more wrong! I was so surprised to see how light my hair was and how healthy it looked after just one session. The young women working there are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming. I definitely plan on coming back!
I went to VIP today having never had hair extensions before and being completely clueless. Natalie was professional and so so helpful from start to finish! She has made an amazing job of my hair and it looks so natural. The girls were all lovely, I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! X
Had such a fab experience at the Salon. I was getting extensions for the first time and Natalie made me feel super comfortable by explaining the process in full. My hair was also coloured by Abbie and I am obsessed with the results. Honestly can’t thank these girls enough - you both done an amazing job and I would definitely recommend any of the their services 🥹💕👏🏼
Natalie and the rest of the team are just fabulous. VIP is exactly as the name states. You get a VIP experience and one that is incredibly unique, being able to have your extensions fitted same day as consultation is UNHEARD of in this city, except here. Natalie is so innovative and forward thinking which I love. I also love that they are a hijab friendly salon which really proves how much Natalie cares about people. I would never go anywhere else as the staff are just unreal and my hair has never looked better. My hair extensions are amazing and just like the day I first got them 4 months on! I can’t thank everyone enough. You’re always greeted with a smile and such warmth, which in this day and age is hard to find. I’ve also had my colour done here and honestly my hair is still so healthy! Which is a first for me! I could rave forever but… I will conclude by saying I feel like a VIP everytime I come here and when I leave, I feel like a princess! All I can say is thank u guys and I love u !!! You don’t know how much your kindness and talent means to me! Keep doing what u all do, coz ur the best in the business! ❤️
I have been on the hunt for hairdressers who had everything that with my list. i thought it was impossible, but today, I've actually found them. I'd had a good hairdresser for my colour but i got nano extensions put in October by a different hairdresser but unfortunately i had a horrible experience (long story) after 5 months I've finally found Vip salon that i feel has everything my hand to god what an amazing place. The salon itself is stunning. You're made to feel really welcome, offered a hot/cold drink, and it's full of highly experienced hairdresser. I had the pleasure of working with Paige who done my colour and Natalie who not only Installed my tape extensions she explained everything in fine detail to help me understand extensions better to make the correct decisions for myself but also just to add Paige styled my hair at the Start of January that how i found this gem. I 100% recommend you honestly won't be disappointed. I will definitely be booking again. I've now found my permanent hairdresser's.
