I had no idea the spa was there — I received a gift certificate from my brother and SIL and was pleasantly surprised. The space is lovely inside. I only wish I got to explore more of the spa. I had the New Year, New You Massage Package with Monica. She was phenomenal! I zoned out so much that I was barely aware of her soft spoken instructions. I have horrible kinks in my shoulders from my sleeping position and she worked the side of my lats in a way that I've never experienced before. The session started with a light dry brushing, which felt amazing. Then she went into the massage and ended with the wrap and head massage. I was so blissed out at the end that I didn't want to get up. I'd probably pay for a nap add-on where I can just lie there for an extra 20 minutes at the end. Definite must try. Highly recommend.
Jamie gave me the best Hydrafacial of my life! She’s truly THE Hydrafacial master. I am a mechanic so my face is constantly covered in dirt and oil and she has transformed my skin into the cleanest and healthiest it’s ever been. She has helped me create the best skincare routine to maintain my results at home and I’m looking forward to seeing her for laser treatments soon! Jamie is the best Laser Technician and Hydrafacial provider! Witerally.
The spa is so welcoming and beautiful. They did a great job upgrading from the previous owners. The autumn specials were really great! I had a wonderful massage with Delta. She was so sweet and the massage was so needed! She listened to my concerns and helped my neck feel so much better. I also did a hydra facial with Lynn, and I loved it. My skin felt so smooth and glowy after my treatment. Will definitely be back.
It truly saddens me to write this, because this has been my absolute favorite day spa in the Austin area for years. I’ve spent time between both the Round Rock and Domain locations and have favorite aestheticians at each. Unfortunately, as of today, I will no longer be a customer. Last week, I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with one of the managers at the Domain location discussing repeated scheduling issues. It seems like calls are routed through a call center, and when that’s busy, they roll to different locations but communication between them just isn’t consistent. I had an appointment booked three months in advance, and only two days before, I received a call saying my medical clearance had expired and I needed to come in earlier. That should have been caught and communicated much sooner, especially since the appointment had been on my calendar for months. After speaking with the manager, we discussed the situation and rescheduled everything. I was hopeful things would improve. Fast forward to tonight the appointment that was supposed to be rescheduled never actually was, and I was charged 100% of the service, even though we discuss rescheduling this. After years of loyalty, multiple high-dollar packages, and countless visits, it’s disappointing to see that charging a cancellation/no-show fee was more important to them than retaining a long-term customer who has supported both locations for years. I’m genuinely sad to have to post this, but I hope this feedback helps bring attention to the serious communication and scheduling issues that are driving away loyal clients.
100% recommend this wonderful spa. This is great place for a nice downtime. I had a really nice experience with Elysia. She’s wonderful in explaining the whole process and listened patiently to all the curious questions I had. Her massages are the best 💫 Definitely will be recommending all my friends and coming back to this spa in the future ✨^_^
