The Volonte Artistry team was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding. Cassidy did my hair and Geneal did my makeup, and I have truly never felt so beautiful in my life. They listened so carefully to what I wanted and executed it perfectly—everything felt like me, just elevated. Beyond their incredible talent, they were such wonderful, calming, fun people to have around on the morning of my wedding. Their presence made the day feel lighter and more joyful, and I’m so grateful to them for that. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Wonderful experience with wonderful ladies! I was visiting Knoxville for a wedding and decided to book hair and makeup appointments on a whim. I could not have been happier with the outcome of both! I got so many compliments throughout the day and both hair and makeup held up very well! Recommended to locals and visitors alike!
Geneal and her team are absolutely superstars! I booked her & her team for my October wedding and she went above and beyond. I didn’t schedule a makeup or hair trial as I felt confident that she would deliver…and SHE DID! I showed her and hairstylist Addison a few pictures for inspo and they brought it to life. She helped me feel comfortable, at peace and calm throughout the morning…plus her team is so kind and funny 🤍 Her pricing is also very budget friendly compared to other salons in the Knoxville market. I got so many compliments throughout the whole day, truly felt like a bride! Thank you Geneal and team 🥰❤️
Jen is extremely talented! She has cut and colored my hair for several years, and I am very picky. I can trust that my hair will look great when I walk out of the salon! Jen is a breath of sunshine and she is very sweet!!
Geneal and her hair team were absolutely phenomenal for our wedding on September 27, 2025. They did the hair and makeup for my groomsmaids, my sisters, my stepmom, and my mom, and every single person looked stunning. What impressed me most was how they enhanced everyone’s natural beauty, transformative without ever making anyone look unlike themselves. My mom, who had never had her makeup done professionally, was especially nervous, but Geneal’s warmth and professionalism put her completely at ease. She left feeling beautiful, confident, and cared for. From the very beginning, Geneal was incredible to work with. She was communicative and organized, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way as one of the two grooms. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I cannot stress enough how much it meant to feel truly understood and respected throughout the entire process. She even followed up afterward just to check in, no agenda, just genuine care. Our wedding party not only looked amazing but also felt amazing, and that is entirely thanks to Geneal and her team. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a team that listens, celebrates individuality, and makes everyone feel their absolute best, look no further.
