We have been going to Wags to Whiskers for over 15 years! We appreciate the professionalism and care they extend to our dog Murray. Murray is our 3rd dog to experience 5 Star treatment at Wags to Whiskers. The staff are always a pleasure to see and her Groomer Linda provides exceptional service. Murray loves ❤️ 😍 💖 Linda. Love this place! I have an aggressive Shepard and the ladies there really cater to him. Plus they do such a phenomenal job on his coat. Looks like a show dog when we leave! Been a satisfied customer for 4 years!
Started bringing my poodle Pierre to wags to whisker’s in September. They assigned me a groomer which unfortunately for this review do not have her name, but she’s an extremely large woman who’s station is up front behind the register. Never had a problem with the grooming and if I requested something done it was taken care of and I always tipped her $15. Had an appointment for Friday December 22 2023 at 8:30am for the holidays. Get a call from them at 8:15 saying they have to cancel giving no reason. I assumed she was sick. But thought if you’re sick should have called earlier so other arrangements could be made. They said she had an opening at 8:30 on Tuesday. Which I thought if you’re sick how could you be back on Tuesday. I declined. They told that if a cancellation opened up they’d call me. Never did. Now Saturday December 23, the next day, on my way to the bank, which is right across from them, I look in and there she is at her station working. After the bank I popped in to let her know I’ve seen her. So if you want to be Disrespected, disregarded and not worthy of being a client, then by all means go to this horrible establishment. I brought my 5 month standard poodle...they were caring wonderful and professional with my Ruby..thank you..you are now my only place to bring my poodles.
