I'm the Director of Operations at the Minnesota Change Management Network. For the second year in a row, we hosted our annual member celebration at Warehouse Winery. Ashley and her staff went above and beyond to ensure our attendees were well taken care of and that the venue was set up just as we expected. The space is truly ideal for our type of professional networking event. It offers plenty of room for guests to mingle comfortably, with a layout that supports both structured programming and casual connection. The food setup is seamless, the bar is easily accessible without ever feeling overcrowded, and the overall ambiance helps create a relaxed yet polished experience. It’s a venue that makes people feel welcome and sets the tone for a memorable evening. We’re already looking forward to the next time we gather there.
We had our wedding at Warehouse Winery last month and could not recommend it enough! We had a smaller wedding party/guest count (sub 50) but there was definitely space for more. The eclectic decor fit our non-traditional theming, while still staying elegant for a ceremony and reception. While there is only one “bridal” suite, it is big enough to house a small party (I had two bridesmaids and a cat posted up prior to the ceremony). Speaking of, they have a great pet policy if you want your furry friend to be a part of your special day. While they have preferred caterers, you can use outside vendors for a fee. The room flip process is very smooth, and there is plenty of room for guests to wait in the “cocktail lounge” (plenty of seating and table options) while we took pictures. Our guests kept commenting on how cool the space was, and playing a sort of “I spy” all night. They appreciated the ability to have somewhere to hang out that was separated from the dance floor to have conversations and not be overstimulated. The kids in attendance enjoyed the pinball machines and the space or run around without getting in anyone’s way (again, smaller guest count, so your mileage may vary in this). Most importantly, the communication between us, our vendors, and the staff (Megan and Ashley were who I worked with leading up to the wedding) was amazing! I’m had a million questions ahead of time and they were both very prompt and thorough in answering all of them. We could have easily felt overwhelmed with everything that entails wedding planning, but the whole Warehouse Winery team were always happy to accommodate us and through the whole process helped make the day (and surrounding days) feel as important as it was and even more special. We felt very taken care of the entire night and would recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect small to midsize venue for their event.
We had such a great time hosting our Wicked Wick candle class at Warehouse Winery! The space was absolutely perfect — warm, inviting, and full of character. The staff made everything so easy, from setup to cleanup, and were super accommodating throughout the event. Our guests loved the unique vibe of the winery, and having great wine to sip while pouring candles made it even better!
We hosted our Hallowedding at W.W. And it exceeded all expectations! Meghan did an amazing job supporting us (and was patient with me during my five minutes of bridezilla panic). The venue was super flexible, the security they hired was lovely, and our wonderful day went off without a hitch❤️...
Wow! We had the best experience working with Warehouse Winery for our wedding. Communication was clear, prompt, and professional. We worked with Megan during our planning process and could not have been happier; she was like a built-in day-of coordinator, delivering beverages, cueing the bridal party down the aisle, running our rehearsal, and so much more behind the scenes! The space itself is unique and eclectic (my favorite find was the framed photo of young Brenden Fraser in the bathroom.) We heard so many great things from guests about the space. Overall I would absolutely recommend you book the Warehouse Winery for your upcoming event, you won't be disappointed!
