A year ago, I went through what I would consider the worst experience of my life. I had never been in any legal trouble before and felt completely overwhelmed. I called multiple lawyers just trying to understand what my next steps were. Warren called me back within minutes, spoke to me calmly, and reassured me that this was not the end of the world—even though it truly felt like it was to me at the time. Within a week, I met with Josh (Warren’s son). I came into the office extremely nervous and emotional—I even cried—but I left feeling reassured and confident in my choice. There was never any pressure to choose them as my representation; it just felt right. Fast forward a year later, and my case is now wrapped up with the best possible outcome (I still can’t believe it). Financially, they were able to work with me, and it was very doable as a single mom, which meant more than I can express. I 100% hope I never find myself in legal trouble again, but if I ever do, Josh will be my first call without hesitation. This was truly a 10/10 experience—from the amazing staff (Rose and Melissa), to the constant communication, patience with all of my questions, and the knowledge and reassurance I needed during what I thought was the worst time of my life. From the moment I called Mrs. Rose to the moment I met Mr. Joshua to go over the case was an amazing experience felt like they had my back and everything was going to work out. There is not enough stars in this review to justify the level of professionalism and care my case was given. The whole staff is very upfront, I was never left guessing what where the next steps, we followed the game plan the same way the staff and attorneys did. I am very pleased with the outcome.
