I can’t recommend these guys highly enough! I took a high-dollar watch to them for some work, and they took care of everything I needed and met all expectations. Their attention to detail is outstanding, and you can tell they’re truly passionate and care deeply about their craft. They also have a great selection of pre-owned watches. I’ll be coming to these guys for all my future watch needs.

Have a thirty plus year-old Tag Heuer that had been sitting in my dresser for years. Decided to see if I could get it up and running again. Found WatchMakerTM yesterday and brought it in. They called today saying it was ready. Under promised and over delivered. They're super friendly and knowledgeable. If you have a higher end watch, this is the place to go. Top notch repair business.
Great place to service a watch. I just had my Hublot serviced here. Friendly staff and very helpful. The watch came back in a reasonable amount of time and they did an amazing job. When I originally brought in my watch, the movement was noticeably dirty through the case back and the bezel/lugs had scratches all over. After having a manufacture service, the watch looks new. I can’t stop looking at it. I will be bringing my other mechanical watches here soon!
Came to these guys because the ridged acrylic crystal that came on my Praesidus A-11 Type 44 chipped while I was working on shotgun. During this time I also noticed that the hack on the watch wasn’t acting as intended. For about $200 they replaced the chipped crystal for a ridged sapphire glass one AND fixed the hack on it! The thing runs like a finely tuned 1911 now and it makes me super happy because it’s my daily wear watch. (P.S. - They offer Military & Law Enforcement discounts)
