This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It was my first time getting waxed and I talked briefly with my cerologist, Felicia prior to my appointment and she was very reassuring. She made sure that I was okay throughout my appointment and just made the experience a 10/10 all together. I already have my next appointment booked!
Loved this location! I’m generally a fan of Waxing the City but Nia was great. She was patient, took her time, and was very knowledgeable. Will be back!
I had an appointment with Nia was was extremely professional, efficient, and probably the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been several times and most cerologists were fine, with one exception who was absolutely rude and abysmal. Highly recommend being sure to try and book an appointment with Nia, I sure will!
I cannot say enough positive things about this experience! I’ll start with the fact that I was a first timer, who psychotically decided to do. EVERYTHING! From my first interactions at booking with Vanessa, we thoroughly discussed everything i wanted done and she took the time to explain what I should expect, pros and cons of the various services, and recommended a serologist she thought would best fit my requirements! She answered a hundred questions I had, and was so patient and thorough! She even went so far as to offer me multiple options for dates, times, and locations to ensure it fit my schedule, and checked in with me a couple of days beforehand to make sure I was still good with the arrangements we’d made. I wound up going to the H Street location, found easy parking at the door, and was warmly welcomed in by Uniqua (so sorry if I misspelled her name), who successfully relaxed my nerves. Then I met Rachel. She was AMAZING!! From start to finish she was attentive, efficient, and ensured my total comfort and ease with everything I was having done. We had a fabulously entertaining conversation over a million topics and for most of my services I barely felt a thing! Now THAT I never expected! She gave great recommendations for after-care, offered products without pushing them on me uncomfortably (á la some high end spas - Red Door in particular) and I left feeling thoroughly satisfied! I’d give more stars if it were an option! Regardless, the team has definitely secured a repeat customer, and I will be singing your praises to all my friends!
