I have been going to Waxlab for a while now. Scheduling is always easy, and the staff is welcoming every time I come in. The studio is clean, professional, and they really make you feel comfortable—even with services that could feel a bit awkward. I’ve seen Crislyn and Keosha, and both are great: professional, friendly, and thorough. I’ve tried other places before, but none compare. Definitely a 5-star experience every time.

The staff at WaxLab are absolutely amazing. I had an accident in the parking lot. I tripped and I couldn’t get myself up. In a panic I didn’t know who to call so since I had an appt with Waxlab. I called and told the staff what happened. When I tell the Compassion they showed me over literally melt your heart. Hallie did an amazing job of shaping and waxing my eyebrows I absolutely love them. She was gentle. She explained everything to me for my next service. The entire staff are amazing. I came out with three new nieces. I tell you when they say that angels walk amongst us is absolutely true because I met three yesterday. Thank you once again crew I really do appreciate you.9-3-25
