I regularly receive a brow wax with whomever is available. Today I had Sarah who was exceptionally helpful by thickening up my brows with a tint which I'd never had before. She listened to my request to grow my brows bushier & suggestioned a tint for the holidays - lovin' them ❤️
Angelica did my lash lift, brow & lash tint. & she was amazing! They’ve never been so curled. 😍 I’ve also had some waxing done at Waxxpot & I was very happy with that as well (a Brazilian - which I was terrified to do bc it was my first time having it done)! It was a different tech, but she made me feel super comfy & talked me through the entire process, & also gave me great after care advice. Will always recommend this salon. P.s. the staff & front desk are delightful each time I walk in the door 😊
Came to this location a total of 3 times, face wax and brows was my service. Alexis did my first service and she is very professional and a kind sweet person. Second experience day before birthday, thought the girl who did my wax was good until I got home and seen all the wax strip marks on my face outlined with so much hair left (after removing the oil it was so visible) I was left feeling so unhappy. Got another appointment 2 days later to fix the botch job the other girl did but it had already ruined my weekend and mood. Alexis fixed all the missed hair (it was a lot) how embarrassing it was to be left that way maybe she is blind or is discrimination on people who are Muslim. If you go here go to Alexis only. I won’t be back.
Ana is amazing! She’s very sweet and gentle and distracts you from the wax. I always love my results from the wax. The front desk is also very helpful. They went above and beyond and helped me with a ticket issue with the garage.
Angelica did my brows and she did an amazing job!! She was so sweet and really quick. I was on a phone appointment during my time getting waxed and she was understanding and just the best. Will definitely be coming back here!
