I had my car towed to Wayne Park Auto after it broke down suddenly on the M1. It was late at night so I had to leave it at the lot without speaking to them first. Wayne Park Auto were so great about it and managed to diagnose it within a few days. It was bad news unfortunately but Raphael was so kind and patient and took the time to explain everything to me and help me decide next steps. Great mechanic with wonderful customer service from Raph.
These guys are amazing! I have lived in another town for 6 years and my previous mechanic quoted me $1800 for a new air con compressor…and a 6 week wait. The week before I moved back to Brisbane Wayne Park fit me in. They then replaced only the parts that were actually broken. The whole thing cost me $800, rather than $1800! Very friendly and efficient service, thanks team.
After having my vehicle off the road for months in other workshops, the team at Wayne Park Auto resolved the problem and returned my Mini within 2 weeks. Don't waste your time and money going elsewhere. Great service, efficiency and honesty are rare commodities in today's world.
