Weatherproof Roofing helped us install new attic vents and fix up some old ductwork, and they honestly made the whole process super easy. The crew showed up when they said they would, were really friendly, and did solid work. I’d happily recommend them to anyone who just wants the job done right without any stress.
Joe, Nazrii and Tejinder, the repair team were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They made the roof repair less of a headache as they upgraded our vents to turbo vents and explained what needed to be done to ease our worries. We had contacted many other companies to come out and assess our issue, but had only managed to leave our contact information with no call backs as many stated that the season is very busy now with winter approaching. Weatherproof actually listened to our issue and booked appointment with us for the next week. Matt came out to assess the roof and took many photos, sent us the file and quote for the fix. Very professional and highly recommended.
We recently hired Weatherproof Roofing to fix our attic ventilation, insulation and some of our cedar shake roofing. They were wonderful to deal with in so many ways. Their roofers were very respectful of working in our home and cleaned up everything when they were done for the day. They communicated often throughout the process and provided many photos to show us what needed repair and what they did. We are very happy with our experience with them and the quality of their work. Fantastic experience from the Weatherproof Roofing Inc. team of Joe, Naz, and Tejinder. Courteous, professional, efficient, and great workmanship from them! I had them in to upgrade my roof ventilation by adding new vents, along with two turbo-vent stacks. After that, they removed an old chimney stack that was no longer in-use (previously installed on the front-facing side of my roof). Finally, they made the rounds to some of the existing roof ports (ie, sewer & furnace vents) and completed repairs/touch-ups around them. Definitely would recommend them!
I looked around for a long time. Multiple quotes, multiple opinions.. I was lost. I decided to go with weatherproofing for 3 reasons. 1 ) Quality materials. - they offered the best shingle around which also brought down my home insurance $300 a yr. 2) price - their quote was easy to understand and their markups on materials were the best of the 3 quotes I got. 3) they offered a full portfolio of pictures of the work done including removal, skylight removal and installation and final product. Peace of mind that it was done right! 4) - Matthew was great, professional. All the installers were professional and kind. They were great to deal with. They are coming back in the spring to do fascia and gutters. Overall 10/10 would use them again.
