Very rude employee treated me disrespectfully, then when I complained, threatened not to give me my order. This at midnight when my son was in the ER close by. It’s just as easy (easier actually) to be kind.
Stopped by to pick up food for my sister in the hospital at Parkland, food was just okay, asked for barbecue they charged $0.54 cents for extra 1, instead of Wendy's ketchup in the bag it was Whataburger like 🤦♂️ why would they put Whataburger ketchup in the bag??
They gave me a burger with mold manager need to work on her attitude and only gave me 9 bucks 😂 place is trash I wouldn’t recommend it at all hope they close it down !
Probably will be our last time coming here. On this visit we had a cockroach at our feet while ordering, drink machine was broken, cashier did not speak English (which is fine, but they did not have another person ready there to speak English for about 20 minutes), and the staff would often leave to the back making it not possible to order again for quite a while. Have had quite a few bad experiences in the past too 😢😪
I ordered fries, chili, spicy nuggets and a blueberry pomegranate lemonade. The lemonade puree is definitely spoiled! Not even 2 hours later and my stomach is turning still. Oh and I haven’t even ate the nuggets or chili yet so I know it’s neither of those!
