My jaw dropped when I experienced the WORST customer service. Encountered 3 different staff that were dismissive, and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. (I wanted to move a small nightstand next to a bed so I could see what they look like together.) Unfortunately, the poor service was so bad I don’t think I will buy online either.

Very frustrating! They cancelled my couch order and said I can stop by to look at other colors, but they are closing at 8pm, not 9pm as it says on Google maps. The sales on the website is a scam! I waited 1 week to hear from them that they no longer have the fabric that I ordered and the price went up. Since when ordering a damn couch got so complicated?

Very unhelpful staff. I asked for help with fabric swatches. I explained I wanted to purchase a sofa, and that I'd like to sample their pet friendly fabric because I have a cat and a dog. The attendant told me it didn't make sense to see swatches before choosing the sofa. I was forced to explain my situation in length for her to FINALLY assist me with samples. I felt unwelcome and exasperated. Very poor service.

They could do a lot better when it comes to their return policy. I bought 4 duvet covers, coffee table and end table. I decided to return over duvet cover (clearly not used and wrapped in the west elm packaging) .You would have thought I brought back a duvet from Walmart the way the cashier helped me. honestly, I kind of felt that West Elm is a little bit pretentious. And after this experience, I won’t be going back again.

Got two booth "couches" for a home booth setup and they're *extremely* nice. Better than I could have hoped for. And delivery was very fast and easy, I didn't have to do anything. Cat loves them, too. Will definitely be shopping there again. Editing to 4 stars for large sectional couch I had delivered. They gave a delivery window days beforehand, then suddenly changed it minutes before that window. I had to rearrange my day to accommodate that change. Why give a large window if you can't make it in that time? Couch is nice, at least. We'll see if it holds up and is worth the price in the long run.
