Aaron, Stu and Sean were awesome! Arrived on time and worked efficiently, to get the job done. All were polite and courteous. They made sure to protect our home from dust while replacing our air conditioning unit and when they left, the house was so clean, you wouldn’t have known they were even here. At the end they explained how everything worked and answered all our questions. Highly recommend! Thank you all so much 🤩
Reliable & punctuality was exceptional. From the time I made appointment to the time the technicians arrived on site was effortless. The technicians were very responsive & did a fantastic job. They discussed with me options that even saved me money on the service. They took care when working within the home & ensured it was left in the same condition as presented . Cannot fault the service & highly recommend West Oz highly enough
Oh my gosh, what an amazing experience. They kept me update on the arrival of the technician. Toby came to fix our leaking air con. He was really easy to talk to and he did an amazing job. He explained what he was doing and what was happening next. Even though parts needed to be order he left us with a no leaks and it is still working. Just got a message from the company saying the parts have been ordered and will let me know when they come in and book a return. Thanks so much.
Tom came to our shop today to clean the aircon and he was honestly amazing. He was friendly and smiling the whole time. He explained the service before starting and worked really well. He was also very clean in the way he worked. He wiped everything down and left no mess in the shop. The aircon looks perfect now. He checked that everything was working properly and even gave us a few helpful tips. He answered all our questions with patience. Really great service and I am very happy. I highly recommend him.
Literally the BEST in the business! From the initial quote, to the day of install, then after install service... Everything was perfect by the WestOz Trades team! Chris, Riley, Aaron and David were amazing! Its very easy to see why these guys get such a high rating! Thank you again team for our ducted system install we love it!
