Judy is my main service technician. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and always cheerful. I ask for her each time, as we have an annual contract. Always look forward to her visit. CW
I had a technician come today and he was wonderful. The office called when he was on the way which was really appreciated. We have assigned parking spots and Derek instinctively parked in a guest spot I hadn’t even noticed was there - his courtesy and professionalism began before he ever stepped out of the vehicle. He efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem I was having. I also had a few questions that were really just curiosity/learning on my end and Derek made sure to answer them all. If I have any other issues I will definitely be using W. G. Speeks again.
My realtor recommended WG Speeks and I'm so grateful. The company came to inspect my system after I moved in (March 2025) and returned today for my annual boiler inspection and maintenance. The compamy is great to work with! From scheduling service, to pricing and technical capability - WG Speeks earns top marks. Vernon, the tech who has conducted both inspections and routine maintenance is friendly, responsive, and fast! I cannot say enough good things about the company!
A service technician arrived at my house today at 8:19 am to perform a routine maintenance service on my gas furnace. This normally takes about 30 to 45 minutes to perform. She completed the task at 8:29 am (10 minutes). I advised her that was extremely quick, she assured me that everything was fine. She went to her truck to write up the sevice ticket and it took her almost 30 minutes. I was very concerned about the level of service she was providing so I called the office and spoke with the dispatcher. He advised she was on the phone with her daughter and come back in and complete the service. As I stated she came back into my house about 30 minutes later. She spent more time on the phone with her daughter/writing up the service ticket than servicing my furnace. Now my furnace is making a rattling noise and I had to call After House Maintenance. Until all of this happened my furnace was working perfectly fine. I plan on speaking with the owners in the morning.
WG Speeks was great. Vernon was very friendly and personable. He was able to figure out I had a clogged pipe pretty quickly and fixed the issue. He still checked my AC unit to make sure it was running properly. I also had some general questions about my AC system which he gladly answered. Would definitely call again and highly recommend.
