Personally my worst Whataburger experience happened last night. Placed a mobile order, checked in, and sat in my spot for 30 minutes. Saw many other cars coming past. Since they closed their lobby at a certain time, I decided to go knock on the door. At first they refuse to acknowledge me. Once they did, it turns out my order had been made long ago and nobody thought to go out and hand it off. The food was now cold and they didn't even offer to remake it. Never going back to this location again.
Food is always hot, and delicious. Fast, and courteous service.
Great whataburger location! The lobby was clean and the staff seemed like they like working here, friendly and warm
It literally does not fail that we go through drive thru and it takes 30-45minutes for us to get our food. Employees are frustrated, probably short staffed. But always have an attitude, do not go there to buy food if you are in a rush. You will be stuck in line with no way out.
Every time I have visited this location for my lunch break, I am greeted by one of the greatest employees to ever grace the fast food and service industry. His hospitality and gentlemanly disposition are second to none and should be recognized by all. If you need ANYTHING, holler "MARK"!
