It All Starts With Good Management All of the employees here are consistently so friendly. It’s the definition of old-fashioned service with a smile. Whenever I have a question, everybody patiently takes the time to answer for me. They have all the cleaning products I want, the rags are perfectly a little bit wet and all the staff members recognize me and what I like in a car wash. Even when I don’t come back for a couple months. Can’t say enough about the staff, but I’ve also met the manager and he is incredible. Good culture in a business starts with good management. These guys get 5 stars!!!!
I've been coming here for car wash for years since it opened. Generally had good experience until today. Young man who is standing by the machines to help choose and pay for car wash, kept my credit card in his hand to review my name and make a comment about where I was from. I responded from here. He said no I mean ethnically. That's an interesting name. I'm curious. He said. In fact, it is none of his business where the origins of the customers' name is. He is paid to assist the customer and if he wishes to engage in conversation it should not relate to ones origins or ethnicity. In today's atmosphere this is highly caustic and offensive. I will not be returning to this car wash again.
Don’t use it! I paid $16 for a “silver” wash and you could draw pics in the dirt still on the hood of my Jeep. You can literally see the brush strokes on the Jeep around my license plate on the rear. $16 and only the sides of my Jeep got clean.
had such a great experience at this car wash! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and fast. The staff were friendly and paid great attention to detail, and my car came out looking spotless — like it just rolled off the showroom floor! I really appreciated how thorough the cleaning was, both inside and out. Even the tough spots that other places usually miss were perfectly cleaned. The products they used smelled great and didn’t leave any residue behind.
Despite the high price, this car wash remains an excellent choice. The diligent staff members work tirelessly to maintain the cleanliness of the facility while also engaging in friendly conversation with patrons. On a few occasions, I have noticed that my vehicle did not receive the pre-scrub that is supposed to be included in the package, which is a bit disappointing given the price of $20+. However, the abundance of clean towels, window cleaner, and all-purpose cleaner available for customer use, in addition to the complimentary vacuums, more than compensates for this slight inconvenience. Overall, I would still recommend this car wash to anyone in search of a top-notch cleaning experience. The overall atmosphere is so pleasant and welcoming that it makes the price tag worth it.
