Frozen patches of soap were left all over the car, and my parking sensors are acting up as a result. Entire passenger side mirror was still soapy. Truly poor quality for a wash of this price.
Half of my hood and back lift gate didn't get clean because one side of the wash had a worker vigorously scrubbing my car with the brush but no one washing the other side. There was no brush that rolls over your hood and roof so there wasn't anything else to wash it as a backup. It's a fine place to go in winter when you just need to get the salt and dirt off before the next snow, but definitely not a high quality summer car wash, especially for a white car.
Jalen, a new employee (as he later told me), greeted me and gave me a complete explanation of the car wash services available. He was kind and efficient. When I had a question that he didn’t know the answer to, he quickly got an answer from his supervisor. The supervisor was very thorough and clear. When I asked if service had improved since last season, he was candid about his understanding of then situation and assured me that the situation was improved. Last season, I was getting bad car washes and the place seemed like it was not being adequately maintained. The car wash today was not bad, but the machine missed a few typical spots: mainly on back. My car was filthy so it might need a 2nd pass. However I feel the prep work, done by the supervisor, could be more thorough and include brushing around the front and back.
The entire top half of my car was still dirty, no towels, sprays, etc that are supposed to be there. Also messed up my front bumper. Staff was nice though.
Bad customer service at Cleveland heights location. Offered monthly and one time for $16. Declined monthly because I’m here for weekend only. After wash bugs were still all over my front bumper. Staff refused my request to run through again. Given same price for monthly and one time through, it seems good client service would be an easy fix.
