My fiancée custom designed my ring from them and they did an amazinggg job!! The ring is soo stunning and Mike got all the details I wanted exactly right! My fiancée worked with him very closely to design the ring and he told me that Mike was so accommodating and flexible with the whole process. And their price is actually insane how good it is! We had gotten several quotes in the same mall and their price was like 30% of what others quoted us. Thanks White Diamonds for my beautiful ring!

horrible service if i could give them a 0 i would! My wife took my watch for a simple repair of the date/time frame. before it was brought in to this shop my watch was working perfectly fine no issues besides needing the date frame glued back on. BUT when it was ready for pick up they told her that my watch wasn't working due to it needing a new battery. we paid and got the battery replaced but within 2 days my watch stopped working so we brought it back. BIG MISTAKE! as the repair man told us that the watch would eventually stop working IN JUST 24 HOURS IT STOPS WORKING! i went back to explain that i only brought in my watch in for a simple cosmetic repair nothing else! but once it was returned it all of a sudden not working/ unable to be repaired....of course hearing this i was upset, anyone in my shoes would be so i asked them to repair the damages they've done to my new but now broken watch. the guy i was talking to was so rude and got extremely defensive and said that their repairman will give it another look ... all i wanted was my watch to come back to me the way i brought it in...working with the frame glued back on like i asked... it took them over 3 WEEKS with no updates to just tell my wife that they couldn't fix it... that my watch isn't working because "someone dropped it" how ridiculous! they took my money and destroyed my watch...whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM WHITE DIAMOND'S!
Purchased an amazing ring for my wife from here, she was able to pick out her stone and her setting and absolutely adores it. Exceptional pricing as well! They even included my tungsten band at no extra cost. 100% will do more business here.
