I ordered a replacement printer of the same make and model that I previously had so it would be easy setup and I could re-use the duplexer I had. The printer I bought from them looks like new and works great.
They were extremely quick to respond to all my questions and found a printer that fit my exact needs. They also throw in a free ink cartridge, definitely would recommend!
1st time using them off of a referral. I ordered 3 TN 436 ink colors and the shipment and delivery was actually faster than Staples for literally a fraction of the cost. They absolutely have a new customer in me! The difference in cost of the ink alone was worth it. But the absolute lightning speed of the delivery also enhanced the experience.
Just bought a refurbished printer and was struggling with the right toner to get. Through their service they were able to guide us with the correct toner. Hands down, this is the best place to buy electronics. I mistakenly purchased two HP Laser Printers which were delivered a day apart. When the second one came. I called Customer Service. They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I spoke with Alia, and was sent an email the next day with a Postage Shipping and Handling printout and directions how to return the second printer. So nice, so easy, so professional! Thank you Alia and everyone at White Spider Electronics!
