I love this studio. Colleen is my go to gal. I found her from recommendations on the mom group. Ive been seeing her for almost 3 years now and shes the sweetest, loveliest human there is. Ive never scheduled with Kamden, but shes been super sweet anytime I see her in the lobby! You cannot go wrong with these girls. Thank you both for being awesome ladies & having such an awesome business!
Been coming here for Brazilians intermittently for about 3 years now. I refuse to go anywhere else in Lexington. These girls are the sweetest most caring women and it is a complete judge free zone where everyone is accepted and loved and for me that was huge because the first time I got a wax I was scared and a little insecure but they made me feel so comfortable! Colleen is just the best! She knows how to get it done without *too* much pain. Would 100000% recommend wicked waxing to anyone who needs anything waxed.
I’ve been going to Colleen for ~7 years now to get my eyebrows done and I can’t recommend her enough! She does an amazing job and makes the process virtually painless. I genuinely look forward to my appointments because she’s so welcoming and easy to talk to!
I’ve been to a few wax places before for Brazilians but this was my first time here and I would never go anywhere else. Colleen is the best and she made me feel so comfortable and is an amazing conversationalist! She goes in smaller sections and takes her time to ensure all of the hair is removed and to keep the pain at a minimum, rather than trying to rush through the process to fit in more clients. What really impressed me is how she approached the conversation on what I felt my skin issues were instead of just telling me what she thought they were. I’ve been to other waxers before and they would voice where they thought my issues were, which is fine but they didn’t give me a chance to voice my concerns and it seemed inauthentic and a chance to sell me a product that was overpriced just to meet their sales goals and then they would treat me differently when I didn’t purchase the product. Colleen opened the floor for me to express my concerns and offered me a reasonably priced exfoliating tool and instructed me how to take care of the net so it lasts a long time, which I decided to purchase but if I didn’t I don’t feel like she would’ve treated me differently if I hadn’t. I’m most impressed and appreciative of the fact that she suggested methods/types of products that could help with my concerns without trying to sell me anything and were things I haven’t heard from other professionals before. She mentioned a few affordable products that could be found at any store and was able to tell me if some products I already owned but used for other reasons would help with my concerns. I’m the type of person who likes to try different places out to find the right spot for me and I NEVER rebook in shop after the appointment but I truly don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else! She didn’t pressure me to book right away but offered and worked around my schedule to fit my needs! Colleen is amazing and truly cares about her job and clients and is so knowledgeable of many different skin types and how to treat them properly. I would give this place a million stars if I could and will be recommending them to everyone I know! I’m also a student and she provides and incredible discount and reasonable price outside of that.
