Des cours en petit groupe sur reformer avec des routines structurées visant la force, la mobilité et le conditionnement du corps entier.

Amazing place! I signed up for the two week intro offer and completed 4 classes with 3 different instructors. The instructors are great and take the time to show you around the reformer, give good instructions, and offer alternative moves to make thing easier or as they say "a little more spicy". I won't lie, I was super nervous as I had never done Pilates and I didn't know what toe xoect, but this Pilates club is definitely inclusive and make everyone feel comfortable. I enjoyed it so much I now have a membership!
I tried their intro offer for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it. The instructors are welcoming and genuinely supportive. A very inclusive environment for all levels. Wild West Pilates (Bridgeland) absolutely impressed me. The session felt thoughtfully structured and methodical, with a training routine that clearly targeted every part of the body. It wasn’t random or trendy—it was purposeful, well-sequenced, and effective. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They explained things clearly, made sure form and alignment were right, and created a welcoming environment that feels good for both newcomers and experienced clients. The studio itself is clean, well-run, and has a calm, professional vibe. I left feeling worked—in the best way—and confident I was doing the right kind of training for strength, mobility, and overall conditioning. I’ll definitely be back and plan to enroll in a program. Highly recommend if you’re looking for smart, structured Pilates with excellent coaching.
I’ve been going to Wild West Pilates for a few months now, and I can honestly say the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and inclusive. From my very first class, I never once felt out of place. The instructors are all phenomenal. They are supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your progress. Every class leaves me feeling challenged, energized, and accomplished. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a positive and effective Pilates experience!
Loved the small class setting! Felt very comfortable doing my first class. Really also felt like my muscles were working overtime haha. Happy they have morning and evening classes and a few afternoon! I know I’ll feel the pain tomorrow though! Great workout!!!
