Got quoted $1350 for a 5cm sun damaged spot on my bumper bar he had his secretary come out and take pictures and didn’t even bother coming out a week later emailed me a way over estimated quote after his secretary come out to quote me I was feeling frustrated so I took myself across the road to his competitor Wayne Thomas Smash repairs and the customer service I received at Wayne Thomas Repairs was 10/10 compared to the service I received at Williams BodyWorks, plus I was quoted $450 across the roads at Wayne Thomas Repairs so if you need a good spray painter and don’t want to get ripped off just walk across the road to Wayne Thomas Smash Repairs you will get excellent service and won’t get ripped off
Faultless from the second I attended the workshop to the pick-up of my vehicle. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs with my repair. I have now had to take 2 of our cars to Williams Bodyworks over the last couple of years. The guys doing the work do an amazing job. But the most exceptional thing about the team is Jackie, Cherie & the team organising everything. They truly have their head in the game (as they say). They are so well organised and are a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is second to none.
