Vanessa and the team at Williams the Jewellers were incredibly kind and helpful. My boyfriend had bought me a pair of earrings that weren’t quite my style, and when I came in to exchange them, I was really well looked after. They took the time to help me find something I truly loved. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I had some old rings that I wasn't wearing and took them in to Williams for remodelling. John gave my old stones such a new life with a wonderful design , so beautifully crafted. I dropped 3 pieces of jewellery to be repaired and cleaned. Aside from the astonishingly low cost, they returned my pieces to me in 3 days when they originally quoted 2 weeks! One piece had missing crystals, they were able to find a close match, and I am so happy with the result. What a privilege it is to have such a great business in our community.
