This is our 3rd time having our dog Sunday, (her name is Sunday😊) stay at Williamsburg while we we were out of town. Each time she came home worn out—which was so good because we know she played and had lots of activity. We love the staff, and they love Sunday. Grateful to have them.❤️ Adeana and Vince Slattery
They were able to book us quickly which was nice. The cost was also a little cheaper than our normal go-to spots, which is another bright spot…. However, there was no personal touch to this place at all. They radio’d back for our groomer upon arrival. He came out and while I worked to discuss how I wanted my goldendoodle cut, he seemed to rush to get her back (which would have gone unnoticed if it ended better…). At pickup, someone else brought her out handed her off and disappeared without a word. I noticed several spots on my dog that were uneven, including her muzzle, belly, and tail. The receptionist said the groomer was already gone but she would call him. She then reported that he was not around to fix it. She said that she was a groomer in training so I gave her the green light to try to trim the obvious areas. She brought my dog back out and apologized that she didn’t really know what she was doing but tried. Her ears were also left greasy looking with long hair visible. Again, no personal touch. The only reason I would go back here is if I was desperate, knowing that it will not be a clean cut. While the initial price was good, after tip, it was definitely not worth it!
Highly recommend Williamsburg Pet Hotel! We have used them for Day Care, Boarding and Grooming. The staff continually goes above and beyond and call Gus by name when we arrive! Gus loves his days at doggy daycare and is always exhausted after his days at Williamsburg! When we board him, we know he is in good hands and are comforted knowing the team always goes the extra mile to make him comfortable while he is away from home! When he is groomed, the groomers do a fantastic job every time and we always appreciate that they call us as soon as he is done and we can choose to pick him up or he can stay to play! We highly recommend Williamsburg Pet Hotel and appreciate the entire team!!
I've been taking my energetic 10-month-old pup, Leo, to Williamsburg Pet Hotel for several months, and it's been fantastic! The facility is spotless and welcoming. The staff is incredibly kind and genuinely adores Leo, ensuring he’s always in great hands. I love their themed photo sessions and adorable events—it’s a delightful touch that makes each visit extra special. Leo gets so excited to see everyone there, and it's clear he’s made wonderful connections. Daycare here is perfect for Leo’s socialization and energy levels, and it has truly become his favorite place to go. Highly recommend Williamsburg Pet Hotel to any pet parent looking for top-notch care!
7 days of standard room with day camp. Last day with bath & outline trim. My 7 month old puppy is happy and beautiful after her stay. While hopefully won’t need boarding often, the experience has been very positive.
