I contacted Martin regarding a potential defect in my house roof. He was incredibly easy to talk to, clearly explained the process for a roofing survey, and provided honest, professional feedback. I had Martin from Windsor Roofing Solutions inspect and carry out remedial works on my roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain clearly what he found during the inspection. Access was a bit complicated due to neighbouring scaffolding, but Martin handled this calmly and professionally without any fuss. What really stood out was his honesty. After closer inspection on the day, he revised the scope of works and reduced the price accordingly, rather than sticking to the higher original quote. Many contractors wouldn’t do that. The work was carried out neatly, photos were provided, and communication throughout was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely keep him in mind for future work.
Urgently required a roofer as we had been let down. Communication with Martin was straightforward via initial WhatsApp. Provided a price which was competitive and turned up and completed in the timeframes suggested. Would definitely recommend Martin for any roofing needs.

After reading all of his reviews and given the reasonable price quoted I decided to go with Martin. Martin repaired my roof and reflashed my leaking chimney. He was highly professional, on time and did the job brilliantly. He sorted out the scaffolding so was one less thing for me to worry about.
